General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of BellaEssence

Conclusion of Contract

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") of BellaEssence apply to all transactions between BellaEssence and our customers ("you") within our online shop. Our product presentations in the online shop are to be understood as a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on "Order Now," you place a binding order. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. A binding contract is concluded upon receiving the order confirmation, which you will receive via email.

Right of Return / Right of Withdrawal

We offer you a 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by you, except for reduced items, e-books, or hygiene items for which there is no right of return. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within 30 days of receipt of the goods via email at Bellaessence@outlook.de and return the goods in unused and unopened condition and in their original packaging. Sending the return within the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline. Details on the right of return can be found on our website under "Right of Withdrawal."

Delivery

Free Shipping: In our effort to provide you with excellent service, we cover the shipping costs for all orders, regardless of the order value.

Order Processing: The careful preparation of your order is of utmost importance to us. The standard processing time is 24 to 48 hours before shipping.

Delivery Times: After order approval and handover to the shipping provider, the delivery time to Germany is approximately 5 to 8 business days, and 8 to 10 business days to Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We strive to ensure prompt delivery and thank you for your understanding should there be any unforeseen delays.

Please note that the order quantity is limited to household quantities. We reserve the right not to execute an order if we do not receive the goods properly or on time. In such cases, we will promptly refund any payments already made.

Please be aware that shipping may take longer than originally anticipated due to various factors such as increased demand, logistical challenges, or unforeseen events. We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding and patience in case of any delays.

Prices and Payment

We cover the shipping costs for you for orders exceeding €25. The stated prices include the statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. Your chosen payment method will be charged upon completion of the order process.

Customs

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for compliance with import and customs regulations. Any applicable costs and fees are your responsibility.

Product Information and Image Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product images in our online shop, please be aware that the actual products may differ slightly from the images in some cases. Differences can occur in color, size, logo, or product details. The colors displayed on the images may vary depending on screen settings and may not reflect the actual color of the product. We recommend reading the product descriptions carefully for more precise information on the product specifications.

Disclaimer

BellaEssence's liability is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. This also applies to consequential damages and for the actions of our agents. We do not assume any responsibility for the content of external links.

Price Adjustments

The prices stated on our website or in other materials provided by us are non-binding and can be changed by us at any time. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. These adjustments can occur due to various factors such as market conditions, price changes from our suppliers, or exchange rate fluctuations.

For a price change after placing an order, the price valid at the time of the order will apply for the processing of the order. Subsequent price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

A return or cancellation of products due to subsequent price adjustments is not possible. We ask our customers to consider this when placing an order and to accept that the responsibility for the purchase lies with the current price conditions.

Force Majeure

We do not assume any liability for damages due to force majeure, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or official orders.

Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Changes to these GTC require written form.

Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of BellaEssence, unless it concerns contracts with consumers.
