Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. The return of products is possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
  2. The products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. The return label must be printed at your own expense.
  4. Ensure that the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
  5. As it is an international shipment, you bear the risk of loss or damage during return transport.
  6. After inspection in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to you.
