Free Shipping: In our effort to provide you with excellent service, we cover the shipping costs for all orders with a value exceeding €25.

Order Processing: The careful preparation of your order is of utmost importance to us. The standard processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery Times: After order approval and handover to the shipping provider, the delivery time to Germany is approximately 5 to 8 business days. For deliveries to Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days. Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer in a third country. We strive to ensure prompt delivery and thank you for your understanding should there be any unforeseen delays.
